Last week practice

I'm sorry to late.
it was a circle last Thursday.
I was very tired.
Because It was very hot on that day and the practice was very hard.

Yesterday, I played basketball.
After a long time, I met an upperclasswoman that graduated last year.
I respect her.
Because she is very beautifull and kind,and she plays basketball very well.
I want to become like her.

And, I thought I want to practice more and to become well.

So I practiced very hard yesterday.
And now, I have muscular pain:(
